Oiva Toikka for Nuutajärvi Notsjõ Lighthouse Candle
Oiva Toikka (1931-2019) is one of the great Finnish glass-makers. He created the Pikku-Majaka (little lighthouse) candlesticks for Finnish glass company Nuutajärvi Notsjõ in 1964. At 19 1/4 inches, the clear glass pillar has an elegant sculptural presence. A lot of design without any nonsense.
